The judgement as to what constitutes profanity is that of the VolManagement.
Violations will result in having your form taken offline until the offending language is removed from the form.
Failure to comply or repeated offenses will result in the deletion of your account with no refund of your fees.
An event must run for a reasonable length of time.
The judgement of what is reasonable is that of the VolManagement.
i.e: Events that last for a year with continually evolving job descriptions and timeslots are not permissible.
If you run many separate events from the same form, we'll figure it out.
We guarantee that your data will remain viewable for one week after the conclusion of your event (as represented on your signup form).
If an extension is required, please contact VolManager Support in advance of the deadline.
VolManager will do everything reasonable to see that your form is online at all times during your event. It is possible, however, that you may experience downtime. If this downtime is of significant duration and is due to problems with our equipment, you may request a refund. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the VolManagement but keep in mind that we love happy, repeat customers and will do pretty much anything we can to keep you coming back.
