At this time, all volunteer positions have been filled. Thank you so much for signing up!
Please check in with Josephine at the registration desk 15 minutes prior to when your shift will start. After your shift, stop by the registration desk to return your volunteer tag and pick up your schwag.
Volunteers may enter the event after their shift has been completed. Free event entrance is for the day of volunteering only. A separate dinner ticket must be purchased.
**Please Note** The position of Dinner Server on Saturday night from 11:45pm - 11:59, is really the dinner server for midnight snacks. The time will be from about 11:45-1am.
All volunteers are invited to a special day of climbing at Torrent Falls on Saturday, Oct 17 OR Sunday, Oct 18. When you complete your shift, please let Josephine know which day you would prefer to climb. This is open to volunteers only.
ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:
- Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!! Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
- Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
- SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!! Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
- Volunteer for one or more jobs by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows and then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
- You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
